I was very nervous about getting my motorcycle when I walked through the doors of RideNow. I really didn't know what to expect. I knew I wanted a 250 to learn on, but that was it. Justin, their sales guy, was a huge help and patiently answered all my questions. He showed me what I would be paying on the bike, and gave me the time to think about my decision. I knew I wanted it. They then got me through the process very painlessly, and before I knew it, I had a pretty, new bike in my garage with a huge grin on my face. My next experience, when I had to bring the bike in to be serviced, was also a breeze. I dropped it off, we scheduled when I could pick it up, and sure enough, they called when it was ready, right on time. Would I recommend RideNow? Already did. My roommate thinks my bike is so cool, he's on his way to getting his license, and I told him when he does, he's going to RideNow to get his bike. Will I buy my next bike from them? Definitely. I am very satisified with my purchase. Got an awesome deal on a new GSXR-600 that no dealership could beat. Everyone was very polite and professional. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Every time I come in the service has been great! I had tons of questions about my bike and Josh answered all of my questions for me. He even showed me some things I didn't know and what to look for on my bike, and I really appreciated that. Usually people just want to tell you what to do without telling you why, especially when they are dealing with a woman. And I just wanted to express my gratitude and not feeling like I was being taken advantage of. So thanks again!

just purchased a yahama grizzly 700. The price was the best in the usa and i searched for the best price. The customer service was the best i have ever received in any atv store. great staff, willing to answer questions. Will be purchasing another bike from them soon. will recommend them to all my friends.

I had ridden from San Diego, CA for Las Vegas, NV to attend a concert. My bike suffered overheating problems while I was there. I searched the internet with my iPhone for a dealership and the only one open on Sunday was RideNow. There service department wasn't open that day, but the staff were genuinely concerned about my situation and helpful. I rented a U-Haul truck nearby and drove it back to RideNow where they let me use the loading ramp and assisted me with getting the bike on the truck so I could make the trip home. All I purchased were some tie-down straps, yet the treated me like an important customer. I was hundreds of miles from home, in a difficult situation, and the people at RideNow were caring and terrific. I live in San Diego, but I know that if I lived in Las Vegas I'd be a loyal customer from this point on. Even still, next time I'm passing through, I plan to stop by and say hello! FIVE STARS for RIDENOW ON CRAIG!!!

Bought a used motorcycle from Doran in May 2011, great experience. Also had Josh do some fork maintenance and do a wheel swap just last weekend, phenomenal service. He was super careful to make sure the black finish on the wheels was not damaged, and took extra time with the balancing. Outstanding service and customer care!

I had come in last week for service and due to the bike event was unable to get in, but Josh apologized for not being able to take care of me that day and was very sincere. He didn't give me the "oh well, sorry for you" feeling like he didn't really care. So, ensured me that I would be able to get in the following week (this week) and he made sure I was taken care of and I really appreciated that. Everyone that I came in contact with that day, was very friendly and polite. It started my day off with smile. I just wanted to say Thank You to everyone!

I came in to get some tires, and I have to say I was more than impressed. Josh Lynch really hooked me up. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the tires, he made sure that I got the best deal. Plus he noticed that I needed some adjustments and took care of them on the spot for no extra charge. I am extremely satisfied and will be a customer for life.

Had some problems with my m109r2,when I bought it.Had to deal with the crew down at the shop at Graig Rd., everyone was great, the service advisor ( Josh Lynch ) was very helpful, keeping me updated and explaining the work being done on my bike to correct its issues that it had.If it wasnt for the staff , my purchase of the m109r2 would of been a bad one.Josh and Nick are one reason I keep taking my bike and my dads bike to be serviced at the Graig Rd. store.Thank you..

Josh in Service.. hands down has the best customer service skills out there... There are quite a few dealerships that could take some notes. The maintenance team is on their game too. They keep my '07 GSX-R tuned up so I can ride.

I've been having my yamaha zuma serviced at your shop since i puchased it new in 2008 and have had nothing but superior customer service. Josh and all the other staff members have been very helpful, and always have the work done on time or earlier and expected. I would definetly recommend your service department.

I was selling my M109R and got a call from Nick. He said they were interested in buying my bike. I informed Nick that i actually wanted to buy a 2011 Hayabusa as well. He told me to come into the dealership that night and we can discuss our options. When i met Nick that afternoon, he was very nice and gave me a no nonsense attitude. He was professional and the dealership didn't play games with prices. I told him what i wanted and he made it happen first time around. Great attention to detail and was very concerned about my needs. Nick also made sure that the service tech answered all my questions about the bike before i left. I must say that from sales to service, my expierence with Ridenow on craig was the best i have ever had. I will take my bike to them for everything, even though i live on the other side of town and it will be a 45 min ride for me. I suggest you give Ridenow a try and ask for Nick. You will not be dissapointed.

I've been a customer at ride now/Craig since 2008 buying a 2007 Road Star. I have brought in my bike into the shop many times purchasing accessories,tune ups and just to come by to see the new bikes. I'll be honest and say that I did get some work done from another ride now store and I'll never will go back. I'll take the longer trip to get to ride now/Craig. I really wanted to let it be known that I appreciate the guy that I always see first when I pull in to the back. He workes behind the service desk. He always comes out with a smile and shakes my hand to say hello.He always makes me feel like what ever needs to be done on by bike, that the work will be started right away. Like I'm his #1 customer. And I'm quite sure all the customers feel the same way.He makes sure nothing is left out and he makes sure the bike is looking great when I pick it up We'll enough of this. Thanks so much Josh and thx for always being there to take good care of my bike. And thank you Ride now.
